Team seats

Give staff scoped access without sharing your account.

Available under Phantom Scale. Seats are per-product, so a member can have different roles on different products.

Roles

owner — full control over the product, including managing other seats.
manager — can issue and revoke licenses, add seats, and run builds.
support — read access for helping customers, cannot issue or revoke licenses.

Adding a member

Invite by Discord id from your dashboard's team panel. The member does not need to accept anything separately — access takes effect as soon as they next sign in with the Discord account you added.

Seat limits

Your plan defines how many seats a product can have. Adding a seat past that limit is rejected until you remove an existing member or upgrade.

Removing access

Removing a seat takes effect immediately — the member loses access on their next request, not their next login.
